EMERGENCY SERVICE
The Management office is open Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5, to handle all community association business. Please note office visits are by appointment only!
After regular business hours, (evening, weekends and holidays) calls are transferred to a voicemail system. The number to dial, 24 hours a day is (732) 869-4450. When your call is directed to the voice mailbox, please listen to the entire message and leave your message after the beep. During an after hour emergency situation, you will be prompted to call an alternate phone number. Emergency calls will be returned promptly. Repairs, however, will be scheduled when practical (leaks cannot be repaired during a storm).
When leaving a message within the voice mailbox, please do the following:
Identify your community
State your name, address and telephone number
State the nature of the emergency
